You need to learn how to mix WITHOUT looking at the waveforms. Keep the laptop out of sight when you're learning how to beatmatch.

okay it's like when i turn off the PFL on one side(a) and listen to the other(b). I can still hear the one side I turned off (a) in the headphones. another reason why i thin it's shitty is because the "HI" is really ugly sounding, you can really tell when you cut the "HI" out
