No, Im not lying. A study was done long ago by a European magazine asking which country was more liked by europeans. They had a more preferable opinion on Americans than Russians. Was there every a Russian premier or a president? Mayber there were Tsarinas but that was different.

And another thing I would love to vote for a female president. Sex has nothing to do with leadership. My mayor is a female and she is good. I was spitting on WHITE russians. Because they pick on everybody else. NOT all White Ruskies. But many do.
