Particularly What Time Is Love which is possibly the most remixed dance track of all time. There have been approximately 70 of their own remixes, not to mention how many bootleg remixes. I've seen some of the rarer vinyls change hands for over £2500.
They even had an album called 'The What Time Is Love Story', containing remixes of the track that people had just decided to do. No one asked permission to remix it, so the KLF never asked for their permission to include it on their album. Sweet!

Great story, love it! Depeche have a lot of club orientated mixes of their tracks but you can't really class them officially as a "dance" act. For pure dance releases with many remixes, what about Three Drives - Greece 2000? Seen about 20 mixes of that track.

For pure "dance" as you say, then i'd say the best candidates have already been mentioned, along with Greece 2000 which by now has around 30 official remixes. I might make mix lists of the top choices, like i used to do in threads like this hahaha, later on when i have a longer moment to spare.

I think Gouryella - Ligaya was remixed quite often too alongside with Energy 52 - Cafe Del mar and Binary Finary 1998/1999/2000
as for Oceanlab - Satellite: There's been a remix contest back then, that might explain the flood of remixes
