i used to go to parties with a huge group but it quickly became a problem when everyone wanted to split up and do their own thing. now i just keep it small. one car.

i know what you mean. i usually stay with a couple friends and do my own thing.
multiple cars i think is a little better cause if someone wants to go home, they can go without having to wait for everyone.
