That's me in the corner, That's me in the spotlight, I'm Losing my religion, Trying to keep up with you ,And I don't know if I can do it, Oh no, I've said too much,I haven't said enough, I thought that I heard you laughing, I thought that I heard you sing, I think I thought I saw you try.

But that was just a dream, That was just a dream, But that was just a dream, Try, cry, why try? That was just a dream ,Just a dream, just a dream, Dream

I was born in a redneck nation, im part of a redneck nation, that makes me a redneck, doesnt mean im proud of it, unlike a few hobos i know.

My entire life used to revolve around soccer (before i went under an injury cloud and had to quit for two years ) but what i loved most about the game is that i would have around 8 nationalities in one team (my under 20's side consisted of Vietnamese, Chinese, Colombian, Caucasion, Russian, Persian, Irish, Lebanese) To me that represents Australia better than any other sport, and thats why Soccer is Australias national sport (the media will catch up soon enough ) because as Paulie said you don't have to be a white-middle-class-tea-sipping-nancyboy-cricketer to be Australian
