Well, the oppertunity was there too back a popular resistance in the population with the first gulf war but the UN pulled the soldiers out and so it has too be done the hard way.

I'd agree with you - they will release a genetically-altered deadly disease that will wipe out 3/4 of the world population sometime this century. They'r working on it as we speak.
