Who've been (or still are, if you reckon they're just as good, or even better now) your 2 or 3 personal favorite DJ – remixers from the 1990's and please say why, for anyone named ?
what do you mean DJ-remixer? Are you asking who are your favorite DJ/producers from this time or favorite DJs?

Old man Weathers for his very agreeable and varied style a la his 93' EM.
Billy Nasty, quality techno and trance in his early 90s EMs.
CJ Bolland, a techno legend.
Roland Casper, quality acid/techno/trance in abundance.
Luke Slater, especially back in 91' and before, when he used to spin some top breakbeat/hardcore/big beat stuff (not the hardcore you may be imagining) and quality oldschool techno (e.g. Outlander - Vamp).
Seal Phuric, Adam X, and D-Jack for lots and lots of quality acid.
That was some more than 2 or 3, though.

oh and blank & jones, they suck now but in the late 90s they knocked out a few memorable toons.
A few good names....I remember hearing an awesome remix of Quicksilver's Timerider. Rest were pretty shite though.
Lange did some awesome mixes, right through until just a couple of years ago. Haven't listened to much of the recent stuff...
Blank & Jones were great in the late 90s. Some great remixes of 'Cream'
