Acually THEY are idiots. Read my feedback i got from them. Its annoying they say, we post feedback at the end of the month becaue we use blah blha.. but when i gave them a negative they didnt hesitate to give me negative. My other friend didnt pay because of stuff they keep saying i'm a SHE too, they too caught up about 'we are more than 1' ...stupid asses... NOt like we give a damn. Having to pay 7 bucks for shipping gives me the right to call them wahtever they want, even low lifes..

That's why HMV is my fav online store..
I can literally order 100 records and pay only 10 quids for p&p to Bangkok...
Plus these days they even list promos and test presses on their store as well..

i hate HMV. they say that they can ship stuff within 3, 5, 7 days or so but thats so untrue. they don't have shit in their stock, i've waiting 6 weeks already and only 1 vinyl came. so i had to pay for that and the shipping which is like 5.5 GBP. then i can see where this is going. after probably another few weeks, they'll just say that they can't bring me the goods and then cancel the rest of my order. i basically get shafted for paying 5.5 GBP to ship one vinyl (urban train). cuz the next item only cost 0.5 GBP each after the first but since it appears i may not get my other items. i'm getting fucked big time on shipping for urban train.

which sucks more is the fact that i have seen those other ones available everywhere else (ransom - my dance, 4 strings - into the night, nu-nrg - dreamland) but they couldn't get ahold of even 1 for me? fuck that. thats what i call shit service.

For me to not defend HMV will make me a traitor.. Their service has always been top notch. Couple of weeks ago my computer wasn't working and so I mailed them with my list.. They manually place order on their system for me. It also happened that the day they got my mail some records went from 2.99 to 4.99 .. so I told them about it and they reduced all the prices just for me.. Now that I've left UK and some records are still outstanding they're going to ship the rest to Bangkok along with few other vinyls i requested to ship along..and I don't have to pay an extra pence for all that! Lots of other incidents they have served me well.
Anyway, MARK .. the rest of your order I'm sure they'll ship them out sooner or later. Or you can just mail them about it.
