this is the worst of the scenarios. I had my bottom 2 dug out in 2000. The actual procedure was fine, was in theatre about 40 minutes max. I was given codeine & paracetemol & had to take 1 of each every 4 hours for about 3 days. Just a word of advice, when you come out, you'll feel sticky around the mouth, if you do as I did, and touch it, you'll be covered in blood your spit may also have blood in for a day or two. You should also (dunno if its mandatory for america) gargle warm water with salt added in, as it helps sterilize & helps the healing of the wounds. bar that eating there will hurt for a while, until you get used to it & heal back up. No biggie mate
