Hehe..yeah I know. I've got my sister telling me what to do, which also makes it a lot more appealing. I love being related to a personal trainer...cause I don't have to pay for her services...and she's in pretty high demand too!

I could never step foot in a gym...it's just not my bag. So my sis designed a plan for me that I can do at home, all body weight exercises. I'm gonna start tomorrow...can't wait!
