The .cue file image is loaded in 2 seconds flat. The whole process has never taken me more than 3 minutes (From clicking on Nero Burning ROM to myburnt CD popping out). Again, don't quote me, cos i think i have faced this "long loading time" oroblem with the earlier version of Nero (Can't remember which one - i have used almost all of them over the years).
Ah okay, yeah the 7.xx series I've heard that problem A LOT. I've never used it myself soo.

I'm getting the long load times on Nero thou. It's probabaly the ver of Nero a really old ver too cause it's on my laptop that I've had for a while. They should do an 8 series of just monster bug fixes and stuff, forget features. Got enough as it is.

Cheers

"Ah okay, yeah the 7.xx series I've heard that problem A LOT."

What worse though is, it never strikes you that it is a Nero problem. You often suspect the track to be bad assuming there was some problem in ripping the CD or in the downloaded mp3.

I spent an awful lot of time opening the tracks in wave-editor and removing "clicks" before getting suspicious that it was something else.

I must confess this is the only time that Nero let me down, and badly, in so many years of its use. For a moment i thought they have off-shored their production line to China.
