The last precincts are the heavy urban precincts of Kansas City and St. Louis, which sway pretty heavily Democrat. So if I was a bettin' man, I'd say my neighboring state just got themselves a Democrat (and a pretty good one, I might add).

I checked the districts that were uncounted. A lot of them are in Loudon county and Richmond City. Loudon is heavily democratic ...Southern VA not so much but Richmond it is an urban environment ...
