Well mate, you've done it again. I adore the melodic style you're promoting in this set, gorgeous tracks every single one of them. The programming is brilliant too, although some of the transitions did not work out that well individually, as Pepa pointed out. As a whole though, this set is like a journey, and what a beautiful one it is too. Well done!! |
Wow, thanks mate. I've followed your comments for a very long time now and I respect your opinion very much so it means a lot. I personally am very happy with the over all theme of this mix, it is very clear and present. The tunes speak for themselves. The fine details were where I lacked IMO. But what's fun in creating a mix, and what I focus on most, is the personality, the communication, the flow etc. Everything else is secondary to me at this point. Thanks again, appreciate the input very much!

This is a great mix
You really musically struck what you wanted to show us visually
(If that makes sense)
Its calm, cool and energetic at the same time
The only song I think felt out of place was the Purple Haze remix I think it was a little too dark for the tone of the mix but overall I really enjoyed it
I think Turning the Curve and Roundabout where the highlights for me = )
Me and my friends very much enjoy the mix everyone needs to listen to this for sure its great driving music I might add ^^

again, excellent mix in every inch. At first I thought it is nothing really special, but when I had a complex listen, I was able to follow you, again. You picked the right tracks to accomplish the theme. Although it is not my fav picture of you, I can't give it less than 9/10, because it is simply impeccable. Amethyst is purely addictive. My friend said this old school melody reminds him of Falcor, the flying dog from Neverending Story, lol
btw. good to see you back on TA John |
awesome man, so glad you liked it. but it seems like only the regular connoisseurs have really commented. no n00bs heh. anyway, just finished school so i'm going to have some extra time to spend. will hopefully have my next finished soon. cheers.
