im not talking about race here. The white thug wannabes are just as guilty. But its the music the brings out people with that sort of mentality. Spin Cat was a rare incident especially considering how many parties were going on back then. And it was also the hole of the holes. The hip hop incidents happening now are at some pretty mainstream places.
in the 90s you RARELY if ever heard about shootings downtown. They were always in scarborough and rexdale. What changed at the turn of the century downtown? Hmmmm id have to say music format.

Personally I hate this "gino" reference. It was made up for Italians from the previous generations dub which was "guido". 90% of the time ppl who label ppl "ginos" are kids with spikey hair who are arabic or middle eastern which has nothing to do with Italy. Todays "ginos" or "vaginos" lol need a new name, too many times are their MangiaCakes taking an already bad stereotype and making us look worse. Its like branding a group of dark Indians who commit crimes "black". Its just a pissoff how certain cultures or races play off another who are totally unrelated and are a digrace and wananbes in the worst sense.
Sorry I had to

I do agree though at EDM clubs people are carrying weapons, why? Drugs are a cash business, and a territoral one and we all know that the bouncers and/or management get a cut or perks for letting the club dealer set up shop inside. I believe the mindset here is "just in case", where in a hip hop club it would be "If such and such happens I'm going to", almost looking for something.
There is a corealation between music and attitude in all music, hip hop promotes good times, going out on a weekend and partying like we all want to do, and well "gangsta rap" is just that, no need to sugar coat it in one song you can smack 80 bitches and kill 1000 fools.EDM scene has its shit too, more along the lines of drug use and your cornocpoia of people, from all backrounds, ethnic, sexual or whatever, which isn't bad to some but kind of too much for others.
Once again its not black people at these clubs or any race in particular theres fucked up people from all races and colors its the seeds that are planted in a corrupt mind, mixed with a little intoxicant add a gangsta rap tune and it could spell violence.
