That is a good point. Since i quit doing drugs, i started drinking a lot more caffeine. Probly close to a half gallon of mountain dew or equivalent each day. That probably has a lot to do with it. Thanks, i hadnt thought about that.

some say preloading is good at helping you maintain your seratonin levels, so boosting prior to expending will help you retain normal levels where as depleating them and then boosting them back up isn't all that healthy. Either way preloading or just taking it after, kinda gives me an irky feeling, i feel like i've ingested a pill buffet.

dont do speed, crystal, glass, meth, any of those, not my thing but I've done it before. No experience with jaw clenching in either blow or the above, the only symptom I've heard is not being able to sleep and thats solved by vicodin, perks, xanax, or 4 benadryls.

You should take 5HTP afterwards but not beforehand due to MDMA's damage to tryptophan hydroxylase...but that's even kind of backwards. If you really want to prevent the damage caused by MDMA (or meth, speed, etc), take strong antioxidants beforehand (idebenone, chocolate, r-ALA).

If you can't sleep, there's probably speed in your pills. If you don't want to do speed, don't do pills.

E is a form of speed (meth actually). MethylenedioxyMETHAMPHETAMINE

Yeah, but the receptor bindings are very different... Amphetamine mostly modulates dopamine release, methamphetamine releases both serotonin and dopamine but more dopamine than serotonin, and MDMA mostly releases serotonin. The neurotoxicity is induced in all of them by a similar mechanism, though.

Qualitatively they are all very different experiences.

ill stay away from the methamph's at least hehe.. me and my mate did amphetamine as a warmup to the party we were going to, not knowing that our other mate that was fixing us up with e had fucked it up and sold everythign he had and well, since e is really scarce (been a few local busts+that factory in asia) its kinda hard to get, and im smart enough to get from ppl i know. kinda hard going to sleep , plus i was liek clenching or grinding my teeth all the time, sometimes even chewing nonexisting gum lol :P
