I was thinking the same thing, while I was on break! I think it is better to sneeze on your sleeve, for not tranfering as many of the germs. damn germs but I always carry tissues with me!

^^^ if you at in an 'at risk' group or work with an at risk group (the elderly, people with compromised or weak immune systems, etc) then you should strongly consider getting the shot.
otherwise, I'd suggest skipping it.
the flu shot isn't pointless...it's just silly to suggest that *everyone* should get it (which isn't what Nat is doing here).

even better than your sleeve, why not sneeze on someone at work who you can't stand? Hopefully you end up with a 1 week vacation from the bastard while they're off sick!

Thanks for the reminder Nat. I swear by it too, as I recall 2 occasions at the office where people all around me were dropping like flies, and I didn't get it. Important for me to have, being in a cube farm with 125 people every day.

The last flu I had (from lapsing on getting the flu shot in 2001) was the closest to death I think I ever got.
Ok, aside from that run in with the moose....

I trust our Ministry of Health, and no I don't think there is a conspiracy going on in our government to get us sick instead of healthy.
To me thats crazy talk.

In extremely rare cases, getting vaccinated against the flu can trigger a potentially debilitating neurological disorder known as Guillain-Barre syndrome.
