If you're plugging 110V into it, not to worry. Start to worry when you plug a 220V source into equipment that's only 110V.

I remember the first day i got my set.. i just quickly plugged in all the adaptors and as i turned my mixer on the adaptor was almost in flame.. smoke was coming out of it.. Luckily it was just the adaptor..
