the only way he could get in trouble is if he used the song/remix to promote himself:
"come see me play this remix at this club"
if he is making money off of someone elses music then he can be sued, but he had a dj liscence and people werent going to that club for the sole purpose of hearing 1 specific remix.
he will not face any charges...
now what about selling mixed cd's... is that illegal
