Just looked at one at a dj supply store close to home (the xone 32). Man, what a nice mixer. $1600!!! I almost fainted. But you know what, I will have that mixer soon. I could hardly keep my hands off it. Gotta love the 2 seperate eqs for the lows. What, one is for the bass line, and the other is for the kick??

So I guess I could get Y adapters for the RCA out and send one to the recorder and the other to the reciever. By the way, it must not be the xone 32 because I'll get if for around $600.

you must be talking about the XONE:62 or XONE:92, because the 32 isnt $1600. And only the 62/92 have the two MID EQ knobs.
It goes like this:
1 TREBLE
1 MID-HIGH
1 MID-LOW
1 LOW (BASS)
I personally find it a bit akward having 2 MID EQ's...as I wouldnt know which one to use! Some people like it tho...but it can be a bit confusing. |
I think it was the 92. So, those are 2 seperate mid eqs, huh. Is one more focused on the kick? If thats the case I think it would come in handy.

well, I think the kick would be more bassy, and would fall into the LOW EQ.
The MID HIGH/MID LOW is just like the MID on a normal mixer, just split into two. So I guess the MID-LOW would dip into the kick a bit...but then you'd have to turn the LOW and MID LOW at the same time. |
I see. Thanks.
