Double blind involves a control and an experimental group, but can be done with any number of experimental groups... You could have one group of 50 people given a dish, and then another group given a dish with some pepper extract (or alternatively used minced sweet peppers vs. minced spicy peppers). Take paper tests afterwards regarding mood. Compare.

Alternatively, injections of saline vs. lidocaine (active placebo) vs. capsaicin, take tests afterwards regarding mood. Compare.
