Ok, well I decided due to my finals I shouldn't go to Vanguard so Tentation it is. Since capacity is limited, aside from buying a ticket via Groovetix, whats a decent time to show up to assure not only entry but a spot closer to the dj (aside from showing up late and elbowing your way to the front)?

get there at 945. you wont have a problem getting up close to the dj. the booth is on a platform about 3ft tall. you are very close and you can easily shake hands with the dj. the djs walk RIGHT IN FRONT of the booth to get to it so you can greet them as they walk by.

So who's going to see Hernan? I got my ticket, hopefully not too many people show up so as to create no space on dance floor, but enough to lure Hernan to come back in the future.

Was planning to go see Hernan tonight, but had an extended power outage and the UPS didn't last long enough; all my servers crashed.


I got most of them back up, but one of them it seems that the RAID controller fried. I opened up a ticket and I'm waiting for the tech support response...

I'll probably have to mail it out tomorrow.
