Virgina, probably because of the beauty of the mountains, the people seem pretty nice, the atlantic ocean is right by it and it has a lot of history. It doesn't get as many hurricanes as Florida, and not quite as hot. Seems like a nice place to live (thinking about moving there after college). Michigan might be next but I've lived here all of my life. Not the area I live in though, it's the absolute worst (southeastern Michigan near Detroit...suburbia) probably up north near Lake Michigan or Lake Superior in the UP. That's the true beauty of Michigan.

my favourite state is anywhere but new jersey
