Seeing how the temperature here in Calgary is even colder, I figure I better give this a download mate...

This is beautiful, totally enjoyed this mix, allied. Really like the quick transitions and the tracks themselves are real mood setters and def. can relate to the winter season.

18 minutes in and I am sorry, I am have to stop the mix. I find there is no transition during the songs. Everything just seems poorly stitched together. I'll keep an eye out for the next mix you provide. Also, hope you adjust to the cold, it gets as low as -30 (dont be surprised to get -40-50 with the windchill) while in Montreal!
if you have to STOP this mix because there aren't "transitions" then this mix isn't for you It's not about the mixes mate, it's about the tunes and the overall flow. I'm sorry it's not your typical house/trance etc mix - it's chillout the way I like it. It's not a technically amazing mix, as I stated. I wasn't going for anything like that at all. It's just some tunes to kick it to.
Sorry to dissapoint.

Listening to this right now.... I'll give you a proper review once it's all done with, so far all i can say that it's helping me get through some tough essay writing.

And I realized that, and I definitely didn't pick on you for doing so. I was simply expecting something else, I didn't get it, so I moved along. Didn't want to offend, was merely stating why I stopped listening, since you wanted feedback.

Yeah I figured as much- I try and do these sorts of mixes to get people out of their little house/trance etc shell... I find most people (not even just EDM heads) get very pigeonholed into one specific genre and don't take the time or aren't give then chance to explore different musical styles. Chillout/Downtempo is my personal yang and I find it compliments the thump driven dance music I listen to quite well, especially since most of this is highly related to more common forms of electronic dance music. I can't do the boom boom all day long - I thrive on variety and drawing from all sorts of musical styles/genres. It's a shame this sort of music isn't your cup of tea, hopefully you'll enjoy my next effort a little more .
