So then at best it's a wash and you can't clearly point a finger at either side. Palestinians (extremist or not) often make the same claims about Israel, only from my vantage point, the Israelis more often seem to be on the "retaliatory" side while the Palestinians more often seem to be on the "instigatory" side. Not that any violence is excusable, but again illustrative of the point. What was that old Golda Meir quote....
