I honestly cannot say enough great things about my experience in Buffalo. I
played in Cleveland Thursday and then drove up with my friend John the next
day. Brian totally hooked us up by getting us into The Left Bank without
reservations . Kate rocked the house
and hooked us up with the best food I think I've ever had in my life! We
then met up with Brian and headed over to Opium. I was blown away with the
sound the second I got in. It was my favorite kind of room. Dark, dirty,
funky, the sound was kicking and everyone was there to get down! Everyone
was very friendly and were totally cool when the sound went out for a few
miniutes. That's just the way it goes sometimes. That just adds to the
underground vibe that was happening up in there! The crowd was amazing
because I have a tendency to jump around and play many different styles and
the crowd followed me through every change.

aside from the great talent OPM has finally been bringing to Buffalo, the Chippewa strip of bars and clubs (which OPM is right off of) is all the city really has, not only in terms of night life, but in terms of ANYTHING to do... when kids out there party, they give it their all

the sound glitches sucked, but everyone was still dancing hard listening to the monitors! lol
