i'm dumbfounded as to why groups like daft punk who can play to america's mainstream don't just commit to a yearlong tour across the states. the united states and california in particular is the biggest and most profitable market in the world in soooo many markets from porsche sales to political fundraising to concerts/entertainment, you name it! you can't tell me the work visa won't pay itself off in the first hour of the first show stateside... airfare is even cheaper here!

actually if you haven't noticed...they don't really like the spotlight. A rich person doesn't really need money. I mean most would LOVE to have more money...but they can make that just producing. Actually they have their first remix out right now in years...one of eric prdyz.
