Um. That's just a static note that shows up after your search returns no results (as a reminder of the minimum length of words that are actually indexed)
Further, as others have shown in their replies, you need to adjust the parameters of your search since it's obvious you're doing something wrong.

The search is great Swamper, but could you adjust that static note so that it appears only when you have broken the minimum length rule.
