Do they pull the same trick that the pakistani community here do, which is 1 person passes the driving test & they basically copy the license & hand it out to everyone in their family. Apparently there's about 500 Mohammed Akram's

In my experience (as an insurance adjuster) recent arrivals from Asia or the Indian sub continent tend to have a dispoportionately high amount of at-fault collisions. This is not limited to any one area of North America.
