I've actually had some issues with Zone Alarm. I was using the antivirus version. Seemed to work great for a while but with the latest updates its caused msn to fuck up and aim to go down. Pops up with a C++ runtime error. So last week i uninstalled it, downloaded the 'free' basic firewall and upgraded my antivirus to McAfee Enterprise edition and that has cleared up a shit ton of issues.

btw... move onto outlook. You will be happy you did. I am a recovering Eudora user.
