I Live in Greece in a city called Serres. Here the most clubs play the usual shity stuff., but only 10 min.(walking) from my house is a small club called "sugar" wich plays really good prog. house and sometimes prog. trance. I usually go there the saturdays (ill go there today too today at about 2.00'). But 1;30 hour distance by car from here is the fuckiest greate club "Decadence" in city Thesaloniki. All big names come there: Nick Warren, S. Kleinenberg, Seb Fontaine, Deep Dish, 16b , Quivver...and the list goes on! Most Of them spin progressive and deep house but they rock! Clubs that play Trance are about 6 hours by car from here in Athens. So i v never been there..maybe sometime in the future..Thats All..

hell yeah. back to back too. ltj buckem, sander k, hybrid in the same week and then way out west the next. also, club vinyl & the church in denver always have sick line ups. (04/04 : judge jules & dj dan spinning at either club) in the past couple of months, tiesto, deep dish, carl cox and other sick dj's have spun at either club. but if youre 18- (like myself) it kinda sucks. especially if thats where the rave scene is going...to the clubs. but if you want an explanation to why most clubs are 18/21+, the closest i can give you is because of curfew laws...

yeah the church is good if you aint 21 cause they have some big 18+ nights. i saw Micro there last summer, and it was bangin. it usually is tho, no matter who is there. i went to Bash over the winter break but that wasnt all that special. late/

the most plausible explanation that i've ever heard about the age limit in clubs has something to do with selling alcohol.

apparently, these private clubs are making huge money on selling drinks at ridiculous prices. so either they don't want to check id's inside the club, or whateva else.

it has also got something to do with clubs not wanting to take responsibility for the underaged "kids" getting into trouble. i say fuck that.

ya, clubs here a bitch to get into unless you come with a massive group of friends and you gotta look like your gonna have a lot of fun once you get in. The 21+ thing really sucks but most of the ones around me are only 18+, sometimes when they let your group in you can slip by the guy without forking over the ID if you try hard enough. I hate how hard clubs are to get in, I think I have jsut as much of a right to party as anyone else.
