I suppose it is possible. However, when it comes down to efficiency with tools, there's a no practical reasoning, with MS Paint.

That'd be no different, than to input HTML code from the ground-up with Notepad, instead of Dreamweaver or MS FrontPage.

Yeah theoretically it is possible to draw one pixel at a time, but to even compare the stuff you posted to the video posted is just retarded. Its a million times easier to draw that by hand than to even attempt to do that in ms paint.

Ha. First few times I saw this topic, I thought you were literally asking people to "MSPaint God." That didn't really grab my interest, so I kind of skipped it.

Yea, I prefer to create art in a few minutes.

This dude clearly has a good eye and has pretty much mastered computer graphics, but he could really benefit from some art courses. His perspective is quite a bit off, on his website his drawings of people are not very well proportioned (quite amateurish) and he isn't the best at conveying textures such as fabrics in particular. With some proper drawing instruction he could be really awesome.
