I have absolutly no problems swallowing pills, but I hate it when they get stuck in the throat going down

I have been in pain lately - I dislocated my shoulder abotu 2 weeks ago and yesterday I woke up with that pain somewhat gone and now it has triggered down to my lower back and boy oh boy am I taking advil, tylonel and tylonel 1's! suck ass and I am at work

That's if you crush it first and then put the applesauce on, which is actually quite a weird way of doing it.

big spoon of applesauce -> crush pill in the center of the tablespoon -> swallow -> gulp some water

gargle with salt water

yeah.. i guess i was just wondering if it'd make me sick or bother my tummy considering it'd all be absorbing pretty quick instead of slowly breaking down. i guess multivitamins are a different story than e-pillz or painkillers though, lol.
