johan gielen was here...i think it was in september or october @ limelight
it was AMAZING!...too bad there wasn't a large turnout

i hate the toronto scene for the sake that not a lot of unknown (in toronto) dj's can be brought in because the partiers only go for names that they know (ie. have been here a million times before)


i would love to see blank & jones, talla 2xlc or dj cross!
im not sure if they do live sets or not...but i would love to see above & beyond (ie. oceanlab)

Yea Matt Darey just started djing maybe like a year ago (so dont expect him to be any good anyways), i saw a blurb on him in one of my Mixmag's from last year, also he released a song last summer too, i thought it was shit, it was kind of like a hard house/trance hybrid.

As for JOOF, he was also here @ GUV in the fall of 1999, when Trance was at it's peak. One of the better "trance" sets I ever heard at GUV. Personally I think hes a PUNK though and wouldnt go to see him live again...
