bacteria is the last thing you want in your cakes. thats why you stearalize the substrate before inoculating.... and only mix your spores with distilled and uv exposed water.

bacteria = contams

contams = dangerous

no smell whatsoever. infact you can grow mushies in a two bedroom apt without your roomate ever knowing about it. and she was nosy...
