yup, eat all of his stuff. use his shampoo, toothpaste, cologne, etc. get your other roommate, and have the two of you bust him out. then it's 2 against 1, and if he still bitches, kick his ass out.

Heres what you do.

Type up a fake notice from the landlord that they need to sweep the house for bugs and that youll have to vacate the property from date x to date y, moving out anything he doesnt want ruined. Then, rent the house out to someone else. When he comes back, have all his shit packed and ready to move out. or better yet, send him a letter to his temp address and tell him the place has been condemmed, effectively terminating the lease.

too much sneaky shit. i would just be like, "you're a fucking bum and if you don't start cleaning up after yourself and buying your own shit we're going to kick your ass out of the house."

Moral of the story: Don't share anything. This will force him to use others roommates' things or buy his own. If possible don't share rooms at all and get your own place.

manipulate the 3rd room mate behind his back and gang up on him, if things dont improve kick him out and find a replacement.
