Cimmy comes over and puts her butt in the air and wags her tail so hard her whole body shakes and she whines "PET ME, PET ME, PET ME, PET ME!"

Then if you don't and your hand happens to be on the armrest of the couch, she puts her head under your hand and uses your hand as a petting device.

And if you start petting her, she wraps both paws around your wrists and presses down so you scratch her neck while whining "LOWER! LOWER!".
