this is an oral product, which has an incredible chance of being digested
they have to test it for the stomach lining/throat effects from it,

I used to use the crest whitening strips all the time, they work great but yes, big pain in the ass. Have you tried using whitening rinse? It's a little different than a regular mouth wash. I use one from Crest, twice a day, in addition to brushing and I've seen a huuuuge difference already. If the Crest strips are working for you, give the mouth rinse a shot instead.

I picked up this little kit by Plus White at Walmart the other day, called "5 Minute Speed Whitening" and it is incredible effective. My teeth were pretty yellow from drinking coffee for a while and I've only used it 3 times so far and my teeth are already much whiter (I noticed a difference after the first time)!
