Well as far as I know Central America isn't THE place for chocolate. If I eat some chocolate it is usually American or some from Shaw's. I have no clue of other chocolate factories in other Central American countries.

I ate 3 boxes of ASDA's (Wall*mart) own chocolate truffles in a space of 2 weeks as a lame excuse to indulge as it's xmas.

I love chocolate, more as a kid, but now it's just a treat. last night I was at another christmas gathering and I had a homemade Irish Creme Chocolate macciato - it was so yummy but I must say the espresso gave me a headache but it was delicious to say the least!

also I had to turn away a peice of triple truffle chocolate cake! that's would have given me an instant headache!

I can't stand dark Chocolate thou...that can die
