your analogy to van dyk has no relevence, whatsoever.
i, for one, haven't placed van dyk as the godfather of dance. however, i can confidently say that j. b. was dropping the ill funk waaay ahead of his times.
there's no need to bash either james brown or paul van dyk, let alone in one post.
