The CHris: It works...the trick is the headphones...it actually donsn't play the frequency like 0.1 hz...but it play let's say 220 hz from the left channel...and 220.1 hz from the right one...it gets subtracted in your head...and what is left? 0.1 hertz...there was a thread about it a while ago in the production studio board...
