I do that with a few select friends, right in the middle of conversation, ill just pause my conversation and say "oh heres comes a big one!" then hear them laugh, realizing ive been on the toilet the whole time.

I call my fiend Nicole, and she will just randomly go to the bathroom while were talking and just go "okay sorry Marco, i need to pee quickly", and I always respond "go, shoot", *the sound of peeing in the background*...then we resume conversation as soon as the flush goes. Though craps do make for funnier conversation killers.
