I love the move, sucks that the Revolution will probably only play the Galaxy once, or twice in Foxboro, so I'll only get two Becks' games AT MOST...lol... but I'll take what I can get!

Alexi Lalas has been working on this move for a while... and while I don't think it will kickstart MLS, I think it will rather kill it, I HOPE it does kickstart it, but I don't think it will... I'm cynical!

more like 50,000 pounds a week. Its a 5 year deal for $125 million. The MLS has a salary cap not allowing clubs to pay over $1.3 million a week in total wages so thats a crap load of money by MLS standards.

Well he is more of a marketing tool to MLS. I doubt it will improve it. But whatever, who gives a fuck. Now all we will see is hollywood channels make him get into the pop culture even more.
