Sorry for my late reply. Again, many thanks to all!

Well about this point it's often only a matter of taste.
I don't like mixes with only 10 or 11 tracks. I prefer more "dynamic" mixes, so the listener can focus on music, melodies and so on. However I agree some songs should have been played more minutes, but in general I don't make mixes with less than 16-17 songs. Moreover I don't make a new mix every month, but only every 6-7 months (even if I'll try to reduce this period), so everytime I have a large number of songs to choose from.

The other thing I have to criticize is the quality of sound. The mix sounds pretty oversteerd, you should record on a lower level.

Yeah, this has always been a 'croos' I fought with lot of time, without getting a great result. The limiter-maximizer I use doesn't satisfy me at all (and I changed many of them). Mastering is not an easy step for me

One more advice: ask a lady with a nice voice to speak the jingle "PM presents..." in your next mix.

...and another problem of course is this. I know digital voices sucks and ruin the mix, but I can't afford a good vocalist (and I can't ask to female friends)... I don't know if there are some male/female vocalist that make this "service" on the Web... I mean, you ask them to tell something and they send you the audio.... maybe with a reasonable cost, cause this is my problem, and I don't need lot of samples, only some short jingles. If you have any advices, they're welcome.

Thank you for your constructive feedback, I need comments like yours to improve myself.
