On the 92, yes. There is a button near the cue knob for "post/pre eq", you can pick that. But no, there's no way to preview the filters.
On the 92, the only thing that MIGHT get you at first is that when you hit the cue for any channel, the mixer automatically de-selects the cue on any other channel (except for the aux channels, as they use "click" style switches for cueing, but you probably won't use those anyway).
If you "uncue" the currently cue'd track (and nothing else is cued, like the aux returns, you should see the red "cue" light turn off), you'll hear the master out.
The main level LED's on the Xone 92 will show you the levels of the "cue" system, unless you deselect anything being cue'd, then they show the master.
To cue more than one track, you have to press the cue buttons simultaneously. But you will probably fine the "mix/cue" blend knob more useful.
On the "62":
There's apparantly a way to switch whether the cue is pre-post eq (it's pre by default). I believe you have to take the mixer apart to change a jumper. Xone support can tell you how to do that.
You should go to www.xone.co.uk and peruse the manual for the 92, particularly if you intend on touching the filters. If you don't know what you are doing, you might end up with no sound.

I thought you could hear the EQ's in cue mode, just not the filters (unless you're listening to the master in the cans for some reason)... |
