I know what you mean, i did that once, switching host...man part really blows. At least my upload is about 80K

havent tested the speeds on my new host (got it for the space/bandwidth anyway) but let me know how well or bad it does:

i started getting it at 1.38mb/sec it finally leveled out at 765kb/sec, so basically it's pretty fucking good

I only got about 300KB/s at work
