Let Houston keep their awesome Techno scene. They've got a fairly fresh dubstep scene too. Other than that Houston has never had much for me. All I know is Matthew Dear is playing a show in March. Seems like they've got a good thing going on to me. One thing that I miss are the Diabolic parties that ended after Bruno B passed.
