I think in Canada, only Toronto has the critical mass to support this kind of technological infrastructure. (Cue the non-Torontonian flaming). Also, we don't really care... and all this government subsidized monopoly bullshit isnt helping either. It'd be nice to have those features though.. without having to cost an arm and a leg. I went to HK this winter... SIM card with 350 minutes.. 35 HKD.. thats like.. 5-6 bucks here... w/ caller ID..

i Can hook you up with a wicked plan and extras for free lol u just need a phone and a account with telus. Unlimited local calling forever!(no restrictions) i got some really whacked out empowerment since i moved to their gold team in client care.

pretty sure they always have promos going about.but this you can never get u'd have to call in. lol
