lol i know it happened to me once a $800 phone bill ... now if people really want to reach me using my email account lol

I got a bill for $300 from Rogers from when I was in LA last month. I didnt even use it much, but they charge friggin $0.95 per minute just for roaming charges...

What I usually do is just sign up for a long distance plan before I go away....its like an extra $10-20 (depending on the plan), and it saves you A LOT! Then you just cancel the LD plan the next month.

I did it online before I went to LA..but it didnt seem to work (did it online) and now I got screwed

and you people could all have left your cellphone at home and save all that money to party instead...

but noooooo, had to be able to call the people u know and be like: ya man i am having a good time. WHy dont u just use a pay phone and buy a international long distance card? cost like 20$ and u can talk for like 10 hours!

When your in the states its not that much but still a lot compared to local calls.
Next time you leave the country, register to a roaming plan.

actually worst thing is bringing a new phone on vacation and dropping it x-amount of times and getting charged $150 to get the screen fixed.
