Last night was a blast! Markus is and has always been in my top 3 DJ's and everytime I've seen him he brings it dam hard. Last night, Markus started off really good and hard but then he let it go just a little bit with some softer trancy tunes. I understand that Markus is a prog trance fiend but when he took over the decks after Jody he dropped some massively hard tunes with huge basslines. He should've kept banging it!!!!

Jody was surprisingly dank!! His set was perfect! I'm now a fan!

Yeah.. I have been noticing Markus' sound has changed to a more mainstream trance sound (and a higher BPM). Sort of Arminish. He has been like this the last 2 times I saw him.

I do not plan to go see him again at this point... =(

Jody, on the other hand, freaking rocked it.

so much fun last night. jody has a new fan in me!!!!! he totally rocked it and kept my ass shaking the whole time. i'm just sorry i missed more of his set upstairs. i had no idea.

but i had a blast dancing with so many TA's to markus's set which like everyone else said he started out banging. you know he had to throw in the trancey tracks but they were tracks i still like so that was bonus too. and i asked him to play without you near and he played a new remix which i loved. that song still gives me chills after all this time. it was the first edm track i feel in love with and it is still super special to me.

so much fun watching michelle dance her happy dance to each and every track. was a very good night at vanguard.

the afterparty, as always, was so much fun and random. tons of good peeps to hang with into sunday morning. always a nice way to end my weekend fun.
