check to make sure your buffer rates arent ridiclously low and that you have th correct sound drivers installed. also try switch the primary driver listed in the controll panel and sound settings... thoose would be the main things id check. lastnight i was laying in bed and thought of it and had i not been half asleep id probly posted it then but just got around to it now but give it a shot.
